We take our name from Christopher Marlowe, Elizabethan playwright, provocateur, and creative who didn’t colour inside the lines. Marlowe didn’t play by the rules, and neither do we. No, we’re not writing plays, but we are crafting narratives built to last.

Manjiri Deshpande

Brand & Strategy Director

A strategist who understands people before ever trying to market to them. Educated in Cognitive Science & Psychology and seasoned in marketing, she knows what makes people tick and what makes them buy. She’s managed accounts with 1.4M+ followers and led campaigns most would need caffeine for. Her skills span storytelling, creative strategy, email marketing, and the quiet art of saying the right thing at the right time.

Rae Morgan

Photography & Video Director

A creative with 20+ years in visual storytelling, blending film and photography to shape impactful campaigns. A graduate of the Art Institute of Vancouver and a Toronto Film School alum with Cinematic Distinction, she specializes in creative direction, lifestyle videography, campaign production, and product/headshot photography. Also brings sharp social media insight to help brands stand out and connect.

Jordie Hett

Design Director

Trained at the Art Institute of Vancouver and shaped by 15+ years across industries like fashion, tourism, e-commerce, and influencer marketing. Her skills stretch far beyond the digital world of graphics, social, and email to packaging, apparel, and print. And as if that wasn’t enough, she’s also produced viral social videos with over 2 million views! A designer with an eye for aesthetics and impact.
